I am a certified specialist in the branch of psychology concerned with the assessment and treatment of mental illness and behavioural problems. My approach is to engage clients by first getting to know them and their needs. I practice by building a strong empathic connection and a safe space for you to explore, increase self-awareness and implement behavioral changes. I believe that for change to occur for clients, they need to trust that their therapist is trustworthy, sincere and supportive.
